OCRText | 20. Fall Activities We contemplat our new goals We began the 1981-82 school year with as many activities as we could think of: the Blood Drive, Stock Show, Veteran’s Day Pa- rade, skits for pep rallies, registra- tion, sporting activities, and many more activities. With all these ac- tivities, faculty and students pre- pared for the upcoming months. This gave us enthusiasm, inspira- tion, and hope to accomplish our goals. During the year we all gave part of our pride to make these things happen. (1) Sabino Martinez proudly shows off his bacon at a livestock show. (2) R.O.T.C.- marches for the annual Veteran’s Day Parade downtown. (3) Ramiro Aquirre helps the cafeteria ladies with Hal- loween make-up. (4) The Air Force Coun- try Critters performed during lunch. (5) Mr. Robert Hernandez didn’t know what he had gotten into, when the nurse began asking about his past medical history for the blood drive. |
