OCRText | Classes develop Mr. Arturo Chavez Ms. Gloria Garza Mr. Edward Mr. Dale Reinhardt Gonzalez Health and P.E. classes teach us that a healthy person is complete physically, socially and mentally - a person of well being. P.E. helps the body by allowing the physical structure to develop into a tronger and better body. Exercise activities promote this. Health helps students compre- hend functions of the body such as the circulatory and digestive sys- tems. Health aids in the guiding of good habits and routines to lead a safer and more prosperous life. The major goal of special edu- cation classes is to provide com- prehensive educational services for all identified students requir- ing specialized services resulting from some manner of exceptiona- lity. The identified students are in- tegrated with and provided for through regular school programs. Each identified student has an in- dividualized educational plan for- mulated to meet his or her particu- lar needs. All programs are oper- ated within the policies and pro- cedures of both general and spe- cialized education. Mr. Jean Allen Ms. Gloria DeSantis Ms. Kathryn Downs Mr. David Solis 3 (1) Tina Burke discusses her health notes with classmates. (2) Imelda Lopez smashes a serve as she learns to play tennis.
